Do I Really Need to go to the Dentist Twice a Year?

The answer to this question will vary depending on the state of your mouth.

As long as their teeth and gums are healthy, a patient should visit the dentist twice a year for dental exams and cleaning. If you have a history of gum disease or other problems, then they may need to visit more often.

Frequent visits to the dentist are in a patients best interest as it can help with positive oral care.

What Should I Do in the Case of a Dental Emergency?

A dental emergency requires immediate attention in most instances. Certain injuries to your teeth or gums can become serious, leading to further damage. It’s important to contact your dentist immediately or go to the emergency room for treatment for a dental emergency.

While we do our best to answer all emergencies if we are unavailable, go to an urgent care center or your nearest emergency room.

Have you noticed that your gums are bleeding? This could be due to a number of things, including brushing too hard or the presence of gum disease.

If your gums are bleeding it would be a good idea to book an appointment so that we can determine the cause. If the cause is gum disease, we will work with together to correct the problem.
